Not sharing

I've been wanting to participate in posts - on my own blog - lately and I just don't have anything interesting going on. Really!

Here is a day in the life of me -
Wake up
Eat breakfast
Work out
Take shower
Eat lunch
Husband calls to see how things are (5 minute conversation)
Watch TV
Go and get the mail
Make dinner
Eat dinner
Play Wii or watch TV
Read blogs
Go to bed
And start all over again.

I'm like a robot. I'm doing all of the healthy things I'm supposed to do I just don't have anything going on in between.

I don't feel like it's fair of me to just check in on Wednesday to post my weight and nothing else. How will I really fix this fat person in me if I don't share what I'm really feeling half the time? I don't feel like I have anything interesting to say so I don't.

I think I'm going to make it a goal to post something at least once a week (to start) and work from there.

For all of you who comment, I just want to say thank you. It means a lot that you just come by to see how my week was.

You are doing all of the healthy things you should?

It sounds like you've been having an incredible week to me. ;)

*Huuuuugs tight* You're doing fine sister. I feel like someimes I'm a blabbermouth or just rambling when I post and then there are days when I just have nuthin' to say. Your day sounds sort of like mine except rather than Wii I work on my book at the laptop by the side of my bed and since our house is on a hill I can't go out and get the mai.. I read your blog and keep track though. Keep up the good work and have a blessed day

I know what you mean about not always feeling like you have something to say worth while but really it can be the smallest thing someones says that will trigger something and give me an ah ha moment. Plus your blog is for you and thinking about things going on with you even if it is just day to day stuff.

You're doing a great job! I say, as long as you're not being neglectful of your feelings or anything else mental/emotional that needs addressing, no need to blog if you don't feel like it. Blogging can be different things to different people at different times: carthasis, structure, focus, etc. If you need some of that or would be better served by blogging, then so be it.

And no worries if you have nothing interesting going on :) It's not like we're all a bunch of indiana jones and laura crofts on here, its generally pretty mundane stuff, but thats ok. Its here to serve us a purpose. So blog when it does, and don't when it doesnt.

Anyway, great job!!!

Of course you have something to say! What are you thoughts and feelings?

And while I gravitate towards food blogs - I like the ones that let me into that persons life - you can cry on our shoulder if you want or we can have a laugh with you!

I've been so stressed at work that routine of yours sounds heavenly. Maybe you can mix it up a little so you don't feel robotic.

Thanks for the support. I'll have to come back and check out the archives.

Keep up the good work.
